1. Is Seguin Services Auto Auction open to the public?

Yes. We are open to the public on auction day. Dealers are welcome as well.

1. When do you have an auction?

We have an auction every 2nd Saturday of each month

1. When can I see the vehicle?

Seguin Services is open for preview the day of the auction, from 9:00am – 11:00am. The auction will begin at 11:00am

1. What do I need to bring to the Auction?

You will need a $100.00 cash deposit and a photo ID to become a bidder. The $100.00 deposit is refundable if you are not the winning bidder or place a bid during the auction. If you are the high bidder on a vehicle the $100.00 is applied to your purchase.

1. How much does it cost to attend Seguin Services Auto Auction?

Our auctions are free to attend. You only need money if you are going to bid.

1. Do I have to pre-register?

If you plan on buying a car, you must pre-register in the office.

1. What is the starting price for cars that you sell?

Bids may start as low as $100.00. Most cars sell to the highest bidder although we do have a selection of vehicles that require a minimum bid.

1. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that your deposit must be in cash.

1. How long do I have to pay for my car?

You will have until the end of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.

1. When can I take my new vehicle home?

We have the titles to all the vehicles on property. Once you have paid for your vehicle, we will complete all transactions in accordance with the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles and you can take it home.

1. Can I make payments on my purchase?

No. We do not accept payments. All vehicles must be paid in full at the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made.

1. How can I sell my car through your auction?

First, you will be required to complete an Auction Listing Contract. There is a low entry fee of $20.00 per vehicle. If your vehicle sells a Vehicle Seller Commission fee will also apply. The title must be free of liens and in your name.
